Displays packets captured on a speciﬁc line. In the table, the header line is followed by

one or more lines of hexadecimal data.

The header line has the following six parts:

• Number of the packet within the capture buffer.

• Date the packet was captured.

• Time the packet was captured.

• Media type the packet was captured on.

• Original size of the packet in bytes.

• Direction the packet was captured from: transmitting (Tx) or receiving (Rx).

Displays the physical interface the capture is connected to. This is a

unique 10-digit decimal number. Leading zeros are eliminated. The

number identiﬁes the physical media type, slot, module, and

connector.

Displays the ﬁrst packet to display from the capture buffer.

<count>

Displays the number of packets to display from the capture buffer.
