OSPF Import Filters
Parameter: RIP Metric
Path: Configuration Manager > Protocols > IP > Route Filters > RIP > Export Filters
Default: 0 (the actual route cost as learned)
Options: 0 to 15
Function: Assigns a RIP cost to the propagated route. The value 0 causes the actual route
cost (as learned) to be used.
Instructions: Accept the default value, 0, or enter a new value. Do not use a value that exceeds
the diameter of the RIP network.
MIB Object ID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.18.3.5.3.2.1.9.1.8
Parameter: Import Address
Path: Configuration Manager > Protocols > IP > Route Filters > OSPF > Import
Filters
Default: 0.0.0.0
Options: Any IP address
Function: Identifies, by IP address, the network to which this filter applies. If set to
0.0.0.0, the filter applies to all networks.
Instructions: Enter the appropriate network address in dotted-decimal notation.
