Parameter: Login Retries

Attribute Name: wfSerialPortLoginRetries

Default: 3 login attempts

Options: 1 to 99 (99 indicates infinity)

Function: Specifies the maximum number of login attempts you can make before

the Technician Interface disconnects the Telnet session. This parameter is

valid only when Modem Enable is set to 1 (Enable).

Instructions: Accept the default value (3) or specify a different value.

Options: A string of valid volume numbers, depending on your login ID (Manager

or User)

Function: Specifies a list of file system volumes for the system to search if the

manager or the user login script file does not contain a volume

specification. The environment variable PATH is set to this string.

Instructions: Accept the default value (2:) to search for the Technician Interface

autoscript files on volume 2. Otherwise, enter a text string that uses the

format: “
