Procedure steps

Step Action

From the Wireshark Edit menu, select Preferences.

2 In the left pane of the Preferences dialog box, expand

Protocols.

3 In the left pane of the Preferences dialog box, select TCP and

clear the Validate the TCP checksum if possible check box.

4 In the left pane of the Preferences dialog box, select UDP and

clear the Validate the UDP checksum if possible check box.

Click Apply.

6 Click OK.
