To add a sender to your Outlook Contacts

If the sender is not in your Outlook Contacts, the display name appears as Unknown.

You can add a sender to your Outlook Contacts.

1 Right-click in the From field that contains the word “Unknown” in the dialog box

CallPilot Form with Unresolved Sender. Four options appear:

 Properties... display the sender Properties

 Add to Contacts... add a new contact

 Contact Sender... display the Contact dialog box, and call or send

an instant

message to the sender

 Copy... copy the sender name to the clipboard
