Verifying that the APPP software update is installed
If any of the APPP features are not functioning correctly, use Business Element Manger
(Element Manager) to verify that the APPP software update is installed on your BCM system.
Procedure steps
Step Action
1 From the Element Manager navigation panel, select
Administration > Software Management > Software Update History.
2 Verify that the software update for the APPP is in the list.
3 If the software update for the APPP is not listed, download and install the
software update. For more information, see Installing software and applying
the keycode (page 15).

Verifying that the APPP keycode is applied
If any of the APPP features are not functioning correctly, use Element Manger to verify that the
APPP keycode is applied to your BCM system.
Procedure steps
Step Action
1 From the Element Manager navigation panel, select
Configuration > System > Keycode.
2 In the Feature licenses list, verify that the APPP keycode is Active.
3 If the keycode is not Active, generate and apply a keycode for the APPP. For
more information, see Installing software and applying the keycode
(page 15).
