Creating Interactive Voice Response logs
You can use the Report a Problem Wizard to collect logs for an Interactive Voice Response
problem.
To create Interactive Voice Response logs
1 Log on to Unified Manager.
2 Click the Maintenance button.
3 Enter your system administrator user name and password and click the OK button.
The Maintenance and Support page appears.
4 In the left frame, click the Archlog Explorer link.
The Scheduled Events Manager window appears.
5 Click the Report-a-Problem Wizard link.
