There are other restrictions that can alter the real number of Voice Ports available on a Business
Communications Manager. For more information, refer to the Business Communications Manager
Programming Operations Guide, “Configuring the MSC Resources”. Voice Ports cannot be
shared between voicemail, Call Center and Interactive Voice Response.
