Calling from the History or Search panes

You can place calls from the History or Search panes.

1. Expand the Main screen of the MCC 3100.

Expand the History or Search panes.

2. Search and highlight the contact that you would like to call.

3. Select Menu, Call <number>.

4. Enter a prefix ahead of the number, if one is required.

5. Specify your own number by doing one of the following:

— To use your mobile number in Direct Outbound mode, press the

green call button or select Menu, Call.

— To use your mobile number in Call-me-First mode, select Menu,

Call Me first, and then select Call.
