Installing the client database software
If your scripts use remote databases refer to the Business Communications Manager -Interactive
Voice Response Integration Supplement for how to install client database software.
To find Interactive Voice Response guides
1 On the Unified Manager main page, click the Documentation button.
The Documentation, Product Overview & Tips page appears.
2 Click the Documentation button.
Adobe Acrobat starts and the Business Communications Manager documentation screen
appears.
3 From the list, select the language you want to view documentation in.
The technical and User Documentation page appears.
4 Click the Applications heading.
The Applications page appears.
5 Under the Interactive Voice Response heading, click the link for the guide you want to
access.
The pdf of the guide appears.
