Connecting the DCP Type D8W Cord 3

If the data module will receive power from the phone jack, do the following:

1. Insert either end of the D8W telephone cord into the connector on the

rear panel of the 8400B Plus labeled LINE.

2. Insert the other end of the D8W telephone cord into the DEFINITY

system telephone wall jack, as shown in the following figure.
